Which came first: The Chicken or the Egg?

At Four Hands Farms this month the chickens will definitely be arriving before the eggs! We are in the process of getting the housing ready for our flock of laying hens which we hope to pick up the 2nd week of December. Eggs should be available by the end of the month. We will be selling full dozen and half dozen eggs for $4 and $2 respectively during normal market hours. If you’ve never tasted or cooked with a farm-fresh egg you are in for a treat! Healthy, happy hens really do produce eggs far superior to what you find in the store.
